Grow, Learn, Teach: Yoga for Improvers & Experienced Practitioners
Darvina is a London-based yoga teacher, mentor, and 1000- hour RYT yoga teacher trainer, with over 16 years of experience guiding students on their unique journeys.
With a trauma -informed approach and a deep respect for lived experience, Darvina is known for holding compassionate spaces that prioritise connection, curiosity, and care. Supporting students and teachers to deepen their practice, refine their teaching, and build confidence both on and off the mat. She believes yoga is a lifelong conversation rather than a destination, and that growth happens when we feel seen, supported, and free to explore.
With weekly classes in East and South London, online yoga sessions, immersive yoga retreats and trainings internationally. Darvina supports improvers, experienced practitioners, and yoga teachers seeking depth, clarity and confidence in their practice and teaching.
A yoga space for all, offering tailored mentoring & support for underrepresented groups
Darvina values yoga as a living practice — one that evolves alongside the person practising it. Her teachings centre on inclusion, adaptability, and thoughtful guidance, creating spaces where students of different backgrounds and bodies can feel welcomed, supported, and seen.
Over recent years, living and teaching across different countries and cultural contexts has deepened Darvina’s understanding of how yoga practice is received, interpreted, and experienced by different bodies and communities. This has shaped a teaching approach that is attentive to nuance — recognising that practice does not land the same way for everyone, and that accessibility, safety, and belonging matter.
Alongside her regular weekly classes, Darvina supports students and teachers through mentorship, teacher trainings, and retreats, offering opportunities for deeper practice, continued learning, and community.
